You Already Pay for the Tool
The story is usually the same. The company bought the Team plan months ago. Two or three people have built something clever with it. Everyone else opens a blank chat box, types a question, and pastes the answer somewhere. Nobody shares what works, everyone does the same task a different way, and the admin settings have never been looked at.
The training, built around three goals, exists to fix that.
- Better work. Speed is a side effect. The point is output you would put your name on, and that does not read like AI wrote it.
- One standard. Shared rules, shared templates, and one way of setting things up, instead of everyone inventing their own.
- Time back for the real work. Formatting, summarizing, and admin come off your plate so the hours go to the work only your people can do.
We run this on Claude, ChatGPT, and the AI features already inside Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Whatever your company pays for, that is what we teach.
How It Works
Step 1: Intake
Every person on the team fills out a short questionnaire about what their work involves, what they have already tried, and what they wish the tool could do. This is how we find out who is a beginner and who has quietly built a scheduled workflow nobody else knows about.
Step 2: Group Learning Sessions
Cohorts of about five, grouped by experience level rather than by job title, so nobody sits through material they already know. Each session is 45 minutes, live on Zoom, and recorded so you can reuse it to onboard new hires. Every session includes a live build.
Step 3: Scheduled 1:1s
Short, booked one-on-ones with the people who want to go further. We learned early that busy teams do not show up to optional office hours, but they do show up to a 30-minute slot on their calendar with their own problem on the agenda.
Step 4: Playbook
A written cheat sheet the team keeps. It covers the building blocks, the rules, the prompts that worked, and how to set up a new project the company way. Written material outlasts a session, and it is what new hires read on day one.
What It Solves
You want to make the most of the AI subscription you just bought but don't know where to start.
The consult finds the parts of your team's work the subscription can take on. Training then shows each person how to use it in their own job.
Your clients expect you to be the best in your industry, and competitors are now catching up with AI.
Training built around your client work shows your team how to use AI to raise the quality of what they deliver.
AI adoption on your team has been ineffective.
We make AI more effective by making it easier to understand and work with.
You need an AI policy before someone pastes client data somewhere they shouldn't.
We help you write a usage policy that fits how your team works, then train everyone on what's allowed and why.
What It Gets You
A team that builds AI into its own work.
We go well past prompt writing. People learn to connect AI to the tools they use and build small automations around their own jobs. They know their work best, so they find the best places to use it.
Quotes and reports out the door faster.
We look at where your team's hours go and train on those tasks first, in the tools they already use.
Go-to people on your own team for AI questions.
We spend extra time with whoever picks it up fastest, so the rest of the team always has someone nearby to ask.
Confidence using AI on real client work.
Your team learns what's safe to share and what isn't, so they can put AI to work without second-guessing every prompt.
What We Teach
The sessions are practical. Everyone leaves having built something that runs the next morning.
- The building blocks. Chat, Projects, Connectors, Skills, Scheduled tasks, Artifacts, and Memory. What each one is for and when to reach for it.
- A live build. Connect a data source, write a reusable skill from a task someone does every week, put it on a schedule, review the output, and fix the skill until you would sign your name to it.
- The rules. Give the tool copies, not originals. Pasted text can carry instructions. The AI drafts, a person sends.
- The habits. Custom instructions, shared projects the whole team works from, picking the right model for the job, and the rule of thumb that a prompt you have typed three times should be a skill.
- The settings. Training-data opt-outs, connector permissions, and who is an admin versus an owner.
What You Keep

Who It's For
The material comes from your team's own intake answers, so the sessions fit the work you do, whatever industry that is.
Teams That Write a Lot
Proposals, reports, estimates, and customer emails. High volume, and no tolerance for being wrong.
Owners Who Bought the Plan
You are paying per seat and most seats are idle. You want the usage to match the invoice.
Teams With a Few Power Users
Two people have built great workflows on their own machines. Nobody else can see them.
Office & Admin Staff
Reports, summaries, and replies that eat the afternoon, and no one has shown them the tool can do it.
Remote and Distributed Teams
People spread across offices and time zones who should be trained to one standard, with a shared playbook everyone works from.
Leadership Worried About Risk
You have an AI policy, or know you need one, and nobody has checked whether the settings match it.
